Tall pines rise from a green bank, revealing blue water behind them. Their trunks lean slightly above dark ferns and ochre-toned stones.

A small copper-coloured celestial body punctuates the sky on the left. Posts and a distant bank give rhythm to the depth, between the dense plants below and the open horizon.

The small luminous disc reproduces the copper leaf in the original artwork. Its orange tone is printed among the greens and blues of this landscape.
