Frequently asked questions
Choosing a print, preparing your order or planning a visit: find the information you need.
Choosing an edition
Signed art editions are offered in the sizes and presentations specified on their product page. All limited editions are hand-signed and numbered by Lalou on the back of each print. They come with a certificate, also signed, stating the edition number and the title of the work, and are always presented in a floating frame.
Classic glazed frames are reserved for signed art editions. Limited editions are always presented in a floating frame. Each product page specifies the presentation offered, the print size and the overall dimensions.
The material and specifications are listed on each edition’s product page. Read About our print quality to learn more about our approach. Please ask us if you need details about a particular work.
Preparation and delivery
We aim to prepare orders within 1 to 3 days whenever possible. Extra time may sometimes be needed to prepare, sign and number prints, depending on our availability.
This preparation time is in addition to the carrier’s delivery time. If you need your order for a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can check what is possible.
Available delivery options and shipping costs are shown during checkout, depending on the destination and the contents of your basket. Transit time is separate from preparation time.
Enter your address at checkout to see the options offered for your destination. If no option appears or you have a special request, contact us before completing your purchase.
After dispatch, check the tracking information provided for your order. If you cannot find it or notice a problem, write to us with your order number.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correction you need. We will check whether a change is still possible, depending on the preparation or dispatch stage.
Please read our return and refund policy for the applicable conditions. For a question about your order or a damaged parcel, contact us with your order number and the relevant details.
Galleries and contact
In Auray, the atelier-gallery at 39 rue du Château is where Lalou works and exhibits. A second nearby space is dedicated to print production and packing: it is not open to the public.
