A grey-haired woman stands among tall white egrets. Her face turns towards us above a long blue dress whose patterns echo those of the setting.

A golden celestial body appears behind her head, between black umbels. The hands, the folds of the garment and the birds’ long necks guide the eye through this very vertical format.

The celestial body reproduces the gold leaf applied to the original painting. Its printed tones complement the egrets’ whites and the blues of the dress.

Edition and presentation

This edition is limited to 50 numbered copies. Presented in a black floating frame. Available formats: 20 × 60 cm and 30 × 90 cm.

Each limited edition is hand-signed and numbered by Lalou on the back of the print. It comes with a certificate, also signed, stating its edition number and the title of the work. All limited editions are presented in a floating frame.

Quality and care

Printed on Canson Etching Rag 310 g/m² paper using Epson UltraChrome PRO12 pigment inks. According to Epson, these inks can provide a print life of up to 200 years in colour and 400 years in black and white, depending on the printing medium and the conditions of display and storage.
