One hand holds the fabric while a few strands of hair come loose. Layers of blue, grey and brown give the garment a soft presence. We love the meeting of this familiar gesture and the night-time setting.

The golden trees in the original painting are worked in gold leaf. Their shades, reproduced on paper, stand out against the deep blue of this print.

Quality and care

Printed on Canson Etching Rag 310 g/m² paper using Epson UltraChrome PRO12 pigment inks. According to Epson, these inks can provide a print life of up to 200 years in colour and 400 years in black and white, depending on the printing medium and the conditions of display and storage.
