Reclining on purple cushions, a red-haired woman turns towards us. The curves of the sofa and fabrics echo her pale body, against a background of pink and white stripes and a large disc in copper tones.

The image plays with the comfort of the sofa and the mischief of the title. Reds, pinks and purples compose a warm interior in which fabrics fill almost as much space as the figure.

The disc in the background reproduces the tones of the copper leaf used in the original painting. The print renders them behind the cushions and figure.

Sizes and framing

This art edition is available in A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) or A2 (42 × 59.4 cm). Choose unframed, with a black frame or with an oak-coloured frame, according to the variants shown on this page.

Quality and care

Printed on Canson Etching Rag 310 g/m² paper using Epson UltraChrome PRO12 pigment inks. According to Epson, these inks can provide a print life of up to 200 years in colour and 400 years in black and white, depending on the printing medium and the conditions of display and storage.
