Nature puts on her prettiest outfit for the birds' ball...

Four white egrets gather in front of a blue background. Their long beaks and supple necks pass between ferns and black umbels beneath a large golden celestial body.

Dark leaves cross the upper part of the image. The very vertical format brings the birds together and extends their lines, in a scene where the white plumage echoes the light of the disc.

The celestial body reproduces the gold leaf applied in the original artwork. Its nuances are recreated behind the drawing of the leaves, above the birds.

Edition and presentation

This edition is limited to 50 numbered copies. Presented in a black floating frame. Available formats: 20 × 60 cm and 30 × 90 cm.

Each limited edition is hand-signed and numbered by Lalou on the back of the print. It comes with a certificate, also signed, stating its edition number and the title of the work. All limited editions are presented in a floating frame.

Quality and care

Printed on Canson Etching Rag 310 g/m² paper using Epson UltraChrome PRO12 pigment inks. According to Epson, these inks can provide a print life of up to 200 years in colour and 400 years in black and white, depending on the printing medium and the conditions of display and storage.
