With her eyes closed, a woman stands sideways, her hair swept towards the right. One hand runs down the pleated skirt and holds a fine branch; the dark garment contrasts with the greys and ochres of the background.

A few small squares follow the movement of the hair. The skirt seems to open in the breeze, while the expression remains peaceful, balancing movement and rest.

The small squares scattered around the hair reproduce the gold leaf of the original painting. Their shades are printed on paper like light markers within the movement.

This art edition is available in A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) or A2 (42 × 59.4 cm). Choose unframed, with a black frame or with an oak-coloured frame, according to the variants shown on this page.

Quality and care

Printed on Canson Etching Rag 310 g/m² paper using Epson UltraChrome PRO12 pigment inks. According to Epson, these inks can provide a print life of up to 200 years in colour and 400 years in black and white, depending on the printing medium and the conditions of display and storage.
