A woman faces us, her red hair pinned up and her hands hidden behind her back. Her black coat opens onto several strands of a fine necklace, in front of trees with dark trunks.

The ochres of the setting and greys in the lower part of the image highlight the pale face. The pose is simple, almost still; everything rests in this direct gaze and the strands escaping from the hairstyle.

The golden accents of the necklace echo the gold-leaf work of the original painting. The print reproduces their shades within the dark coat.

Sizes and framing

This art edition is available in A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) or A2 (42 × 59.4 cm). Choose unframed, with a black frame or with an oak-coloured frame, according to the variants shown on this page.

Quality and care

Printed on Canson Etching Rag 310 g/m² paper using Epson UltraChrome PRO12 pigment inks. According to Epson, these inks can provide a print life of up to 200 years in colour and 400 years in black and white, depending on the printing medium and the conditions of display and storage.
