Original painting: "We met beak to nose, me happy, you curious..."

A white egret stands alone among the water lilies. Its long beak points to the right, while its slender legs disappear among the dark leaves and reflections.

The pinks and greens of the water meet the dark ferns in the foreground. The vertical format draws the eye up along the neck, in this encounter between a motionless bird and highly detailed vegetation.

Unique original artwork by Lalou Kraffe, created in 2025. Artwork dimensions: 30 × 60 cm. Presented in a black XL American box frame. Framed dimensions: 38 × 68 cm.

Extra-fine acrylic painting on a 10 mm MDF wood panel, prepared with gesso. The American box frame is made in Brittany and assembled in our workshop in Auray.
